Statue of Kapu Leader Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga unveiled !!!

Andhra Pradesh:- In a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Kapu movement leader Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga, a statue of the revered figure was unveiled on the occasion of his birth anniversary in Raiwada village of Devarapalli mandal, Anakapalli District. The ceremony was led by Pendurthi MLA Bandaru Satyanarayanamurthy and Panchakarla Ramesh Babu, who honored Mohana Ranga by laying flowers at the statue.

Ranga’s legacy continues to inspire generations

The statue, installed by Kundrapu Simhachalam Naidu of Raiwada, received admiration and praise from the attending MLAs. Panchakarla Ramesh Babu lauded Mohana Ranga’s indomitable fighting spirit and his ultimate sacrifice for the Kapu movement. Bandaru Satyanarayanamurthy reminisced about his personal connections with the Vangaveeti family, highlighting the deep impact Ranga had on his life and political career.

The event saw participation from prominent figures, including Madugula Janasena Party Constituency Incharge Rayapareddy Krishna, Mandal Telugu Desam Party President Chitimareddy Suryanarayana, Former MP Kilapathy Bhaskara Rao, Mandal Janasena Party President Gorrupotu Rammurthy Naidu, Anakapalli Parliament President Challa Nanaji, Varadi Apparao, Janasena leaders Muchu Durga Rao, and members of the Vangaveeti Yuva Sena—Ramunaidu, Hari, Venkata Rao, and K. Ramana.

The unveiling ceremony was not only a commemoration of Mohana Ranga’s legacy but also a call to action for continued unity and dedication to the values he championed. The statue stands as a symbol of his enduring influence and the ongoing struggle for justice and equality within the Kapu community.
