Private educators demand basic facilities !!!

By : D. Jagan Babu: Bureau Chief-South

Andhra Pradesh:- Private Teachers and Lecturers Federation (PTLF) has raised serious concerns about the basic problems faced by educators working in the private education sector of Andhra Pradesh. The federation is calling on the state government to address these issues urgently to improve the working conditions of private teachers and lecturers.

The PTLF highlights the lack of essential facilities, urging the government to issue identification cards and health cards to all private educators. Furthermore, they emphasize the need for housing, advocating for the construction of homes for teachers who currently do not have one.

“Teachers and lecturers in the private sector are integral to the education system, yet they are often neglected when it comes to basic amenities,” a private teacher said. “Issuing ID cards and health cards is a fundamental step towards recognizing their contributions and ensuring their well-being. Additionally, providing housing would significantly improve their quality of life and job satisfaction.”

In a move to better understand and resolve these issues, PTLF has created a WhatsApp group dedicated to private educators. This platform allows teachers and lecturers to share their problems and seek collective solutions. The federation hopes this initiative will foster a sense of community and provide a direct line of communication for addressing their grievances.

The PTLF is steadfast in its mission to ensure that private educators receive the support and resources they deserve. By advocating for these basic facilities, they aim to enhance the overall standard of education and promote a more equitable working environment in Andhra Pradesh’s private education sector.
