MPJ strives to establish peace, justice, and social harmony’

Proddatur – Andhra Pradesh: The Movement for Peace and Justice (MPJ) held a membership registration and training program at its office on Jinnah Road on Sunday, calling for collective efforts to establish peace, justice, and democratic values in society. Supreme Council Member Hussain Ahmed and State General Secretary Salim attended as chief guests.
Call for unity and social progress
In their speeches, the leaders urged individuals to join MPJ to foster peace and justice. They emphasized simplifying the legal system, protecting human rights, fostering interfaith brotherhood, safeguarding the rights of diverse communities, and eradicating social and economic injustices.
Focus on social and economic equality
District President Zakir Umri highlighted the importance of equal access to healthcare, education, and food for a happy and prosperous society. He stressed that poverty, illness, and ignorance must be eradicated to achieve true justice and harmony.

Strengthening democratic values and accountability
The leaders advocated for strengthening democratic values, combating fascism, and holding the government and administrative machinery accountable for their responsibilities. They underscored the importance of providing women with a proper and legal position in society and preventing social upheavals and oppression.
New leadership appointment
As part of the program, General Secretary Salim handed over the appointment letter to MD Ayub Khan, appointing him as MPJ Rayalaseema in-charge. Ayub expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him and pledged to fulfill his responsibilities with dedication and fairness.
President Hussain Basha, Vice President Nazir Ahmed, Secretary Mohammed Rafi, Media Secretary Aslam, Treasurer Ismail, and members Ravi, Muktiyar, Syed, and Irfan Sattar participated in the event, showcasing MPJ’s commitment to its mission.
A vision for a just society
The event reflected MPJ’s vision of a society where peace, justice, and equal opportunities are accessible to all, encouraging people to work collectively toward this shared goal
