Unite minds and voices: A wake-up call to youth and intellectuals
By Doruvu Paul Jagan Babu: Assistant Chief Editor

Meda Srinivas, Founder President of Rashtriya Praja Congress (RPC), has issued a clarion call to the youth and intellectuals of Andhra Pradesh to rise against the exploitation of the state’s wealth by corporate and political forces. He emphasized the urgent need for an alternative political structure to protect Andhra’s resources, self-respect, and future.
Corporate exploitation and political betrayal
Meda Srinivas strongly criticized the Modi government for allegedly facilitating the looting of Andhra Pradesh’s wealth by corporate criminals. He accused political leaders of turning the state’s resources into commodities for corporate profit while neglecting the well-being of its people. He lamented that the current political landscape is dominated by leaders who, instead of safeguarding Andhra’s future, prioritize self-interest and corporate allegiances.
The role of intellectuals in society’s decline
The RPC leader condemned a section of Andhra’s intellectuals for prioritizing personal gains over societal welfare. He noted that many intellectuals indulge in ceremonial celebrations of fictional historians while failing to address pressing issues affecting the state. Srinivas urged true intellectuals to break their silence and actively contribute to the state’s progress by challenging the propaganda of corporate media and mercenary ideologies.
Youth and employment crisis
Srinivas painted a grim picture of Andhra Pradesh’s youth, who face limited employment opportunities and are forced to migrate to other states or countries. He expressed concern over young people being manipulated into political struggles, calling for urgent measures to prevent their exploitation. The political system, he argued, has turned the aspirations of Andhra’s youth into tools for political and social crimes.
A fight for Andhra’s future
The RPC leader emphasized the need for unity among youth and students to reclaim Andhra Pradesh’s lost wealth and dignity. He accused political rulers of treating the state’s self-respect and resources as bargaining chips, urging young Andhras to take responsibility for safeguarding the state’s legacy.
Challenging social and economic inequities
Srinivas highlighted the social evils perpetuated by the current political and economic order, which he described as a “corporate chess game” that deepens caste divisions and perpetuates inequalities. He called on the youth to challenge these injustices and protect the self-respect of Andhras, which is under threat from both internal and external forces.
A call for alternative leadership
Meda Srinivas called for the establishment of an alternative political structure, free from corporate influence and committed to the welfare of the people. He urged the youth and students to rally together, take decisive action, and reclaim Andhra Pradesh’s wealth, dignity, and future from the grip of corporate and political exploitation.
Andhra Pradesh stands at a crossroads, and its youth are the key to securing its future. Meda Srinivas’s call for unity and action resonates as a timely reminder that change begins with a collective effort to uphold the state’s self-respect and resources.
