Allegations of irregularities in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) have surfaced, causing a significant uproar among students and parents. The Center has dismissed these allegations, asserting that no irregularities have occurred and accusing the opposition of making baseless accusations. Alarmingly, in one examination center, eight candidates achieved perfect scores, and six secured the first rank, intensifying suspicions of malpractice.

In response, the Center has informed the Supreme Court of its decision to withdraw the grace marks awarded to 1,563 candidates in the NEET exam, offering them the chance to retake the test.
