Rulers failing to protect women, public outcry growing: Meda Srinivas
By Doruvu Paul Jagan Babu:Bureau Chief
In a scathing critique, Meda Srinivas, Founder President of Rashtriya Praja Congress (RPC), condemned the ruling parties for their failure to protect women and children in India, accusing them of prioritizing power over justice.
The growing threat to women’s safety
Srinivas expressed deep concern over the increasing violence against women, from infants to the elderly, across India. He argued that the rulers, instead of ensuring safety, have been nurturing criminals who prey on the vulnerable. The alarming frequency of such incidents, he claimed, reflects the negligence of those in power who react only after tragedies occur.
The enslavement of the youth
Srinivas also highlighted the plight of the youth, who, according to him, are being enslaved and tortured under the current regime. He criticized the government’s failure to address the aspirations and rights of young people, arguing that their lives are being wasted under oppressive leadership.
Corporate influence and democratic erosion
The influence of business and corporate political parties, Srinivas stated, has eroded the democratic process in India. He accused these entities of manipulating elections, undermining social security, and creating a mockery of democracy. He further lamented the public’s inability to resist these forces, claiming that the country is now enslaved by corporate interests.
A call for honest leadership
In a bold statement, Srinivas asserted that only his party, Rashtriya Praja Congress, has the courage and integrity to provide 100% security to women and a better future for the country’s children. He urged voters to exercise their right to vote without succumbing to weaknesses, warning that the current political landscape is failing to safeguard the nation’s future.
The views expressed in this article are those of Meda Srinivas, Founder President of Rashtriya Praja Congress. He calls for an end to the rule of those who cannot protect the girl child and urges citizens to vote for leaders who prioritize the safety and well-being of all Indians.
