Fair recruitment: Female constable tests progress smoothly in Anantapur

Anatapur – Andhra Pradesh: The Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for female constable candidates in Anantapur entered their fifth day, maintaining transparency and efficiency under the supervision of District SP P Jagadish. The tests, conducted with advanced technology, ensure a fair recruitment process.

Smooth and transparent testing process

The PMT and PET tests, crucial steps in the police recruitment process, are being held at the Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy Ground starting at 5 am daily. The District Police, under the leadership of SP P Jagadish, have implemented strict measures and employed modern RFID computerized technology to eliminate errors and ensure a seamless process.

Rigorous supervision by senior officers

The testing is being conducted under the watchful eyes of Additional SPs DV Ramanamurthy and Iliaz Basha (AR), along with several DSPs, CIs, RIs, SIs, RSIs, and District Police Office staff. Personnel from the IT Corps team are also contributing to the efficient execution of the tests.

Comprehensive candidate evaluation

Female candidates who qualified in the preliminary written examination underwent thorough evaluations, starting with document verification and biometric registration. Following this, physical measurements and physical efficiency tests were conducted meticulously to assess their fitness for constable roles.

Appeals scheduled for January 17

Candidates with grievances or issues during the testing process have been advised to submit a written requisition and attend the appeals session on January 17. The appeals process ensures fairness and provides an opportunity for all candidates to voice concerns.

District SP P Jagadish emphasized the commitment of the police department to conducting the recruitment process with utmost integrity and transparency. The collaborative efforts of the police staff, IT Corps, and supervisory officers have ensured the smooth progress of the testing process.
