Dhanshristi Conducts Two-Day Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program in Dhanbad

Dhanbad Dhanshristi Bhavishya Nidhi Trust organized a two-day Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program in Dhanbad on July 17, 2025, aimed at promoting health awareness and supporting underprivileged communities.
The initiative focused on spreading awareness about menstrual hygiene, safe health practices, and the importance of proper sanitation among women and adolescent girls. The program was conducted as part of the trust’s ongoing social welfare and public health efforts.
Awareness and Health Education
During the sessions, volunteers and health educators explained the importance of menstrual hygiene management and addressed common myths and misconceptions related to menstrual health. Participants were guided on safe sanitary practices, proper usage of hygiene products, and the importance of maintaining cleanliness during menstrual cycles.
