IPS Officer Vibu Krishna takes charge as Proddatur ASP

Proddatur – Andhra Pradesh: Vibu Krishna, a 2021-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, assumed charge as the Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Proddatur in YSR Kadapa district on Wednesday.
Formal assumption of charge
Vibu Krishna formally took over as the ASP of Proddatur, marking a new phase in the district’s police administration. Before his posting to Proddatur, Vibu Krishna served as an Assault Commander in the elite Greyhounds force, where he gained experience in specialised operations.
New responsibilities in Proddatur
With his assumption of charge, Vibu Krishna will oversee law and order, crime prevention, and policing operations within the Proddatur sub-division of YSR Kadapa district.
