ALA vows to secure lawyers, make justice affordable for all

Vizianagaram – Andhra Pradesh: The Andhra Lawyers Association (ALA) inaugurated the Corpus Juris Law Panel Chamber at RTC Bus Complex, Vizianagaram on Friday, with ALA President and Supreme Court Senior Advocate MV Rajaram pledging to support lawyers and ensure affordable justice for the common man.

The inauguration ceremony of the Corpus Juris Law Panel Chamber was held at Gajapati Nagar, Vizianagaram. Presiding over the event, Senior Advocate MV Rajaram emphasized ALA’s commitment to addressing lawyers’ issues and bridging the gap in legal accessibility for the public.
Call for advocates protection act implementation
ALA General Secretary Meda Srinivas highlighted the association’s persistent efforts to ensure the safety of lawyers. He reiterated the demand for the immediate implementation of the Advocates Protection Act, stating that ALA has consistently raised this issue with both Central and State governments. “Lawyers’ security and dignity are ALA’s top priorities,” he affirmed.
Commitment to affordable justice
Acknowledging the increasing costs of legal services, MV Rajaram assured that the Corpus Juris Law Chamber would strive to extend legal aid to the underserved. “Justice should not remain a luxury; it is a right for all,” he said.
Leadership and participation
The event was chaired by Senior Advocate Devara Eswara Rao. Senior lawyers including CH Tirupati Rao, MV Madhurima, A Satyanarayana, Lakshman, Sunitha and others attended alongside social workers and community members, showcasing solidarity for the cause.
