Journalist hospitalized, JDRF extends support

East Godavari: Senior journalist Guthula Murali was rushed to a private hospital on Sunday after suffering a serious health issue. The Journalists Democratic Rights Forum (JDRF) swiftly responded by arranging treatment and providing financial and moral support.
Prompt action by JDRF prevents medical emergency
Upon learning of Murali’s sudden illness, JDRF East Godavari District President Penke Srinivas acted immediately to admit him to a nearby private hospital. Doctors administered emergency care, and Murali’s condition has since stabilized. “Thanks to timely medical intervention, Murali is now on the path to recovery,” said JDRF leaders.
State and national JDRF leaders offer assistance
JDRF Founding President P Krishna, National General Secretary Meda Srinivas, and AP State Secretary DVVSN Murthy Yadav quickly inquired about Murali’s condition over the phone. Following their instructions, financial aid of Rs 15,000 was delivered to Murali by District President Penke Srinivas.
Leaders visit hospital, assure continued support
JDRF National General Secretary Meda Srinivas Rao and State Secretary DVVSN Murthy Yadav personally visited the hospital to check on Murali and offer words of encouragement to him and his family. “We stand firmly by Murali and will support him in every possible way,” said Meda Srinivas.
JDRF commits to journalist welfare
The organization emphasized its ongoing commitment to safeguarding the welfare of journalists, especially during times of crisis. The timely intervention and support extended to Guthula Murali reflect JDRF’s proactive approach. “Journalists are the voice of the people, and it’s our duty to protect them,” said State Secretary DVSN Murthy Yadav.
