MPJ movement poster unveiled: Call for peace and nation building

Proddatur – Andhra Pradesh: The Movement for Peace and Justice (MPJ) launched its introductory poster during a program held at SR Function Hall, Penna Nagar, Prodduturu, Kadapa district, under the auspices of AP MPJ from December 15 to 31. The event, graced by state leaders, emphasized MPJ’s mission to promote peace, human rights, and democratic values.
MPJ’s vision for a harmonious society
MPJ leaders urged individuals, irrespective of gender, who resonate with the organization’s principles, to join the movement to foster peace, protect human rights, and establish interfaith brotherhood in India.
Goals and aspirations of MPJ stressed
The leaders emphasized the movement’s objectives, including fostering interfaith harmony and safeguarding the rights of cultural, religious, and linguistic communities. They stressed the importance of addressing poverty, ignorance, and illness, while tackling economic exploitation and preventing social unrest. Simplifying judicial processes to ensure justice is affordable and accessible was also highlighted. Additionally, they advocated for establishing a fair and equitable position for women in society, strengthening democratic values, ensuring government accountability, and combating the rise of fascist ideologies.

The program featured chief guests, including, Jamaat Islami Hind State President Mohammad Rafi, Secretary Ghaus Mohiddin, SIO National President Abdul Hafeez, MPJ State Secretary Salim.
The speakers elaborated on MPJ’s principles and aspirations, calling for public participation in building a peaceful and just society.
Local leadership and participation
Kadapa District President Zakir Umri, Town President Hussain Basha, Vice President Nazir Ahmed, Secretary Mohammed Rafi, Media Secretary Aslam, Treasurer Ismail, and members Muktiyar, Khaja, Allah Bakash, Azam, and others attended the event, contributing to its success.
Call to action
The MPJ invited people to join hands in addressing key challenges such as poverty, ignorance, and injustice while striving to create a peaceful and prosperous society rooted in democratic values and mutual respect.
