Diary: A chronicle of developmental aspirations, says District Collector

Amalapuram – Andhra Pradesh: District Collector Ravirala Mahesh Kumar lauded the annual KVPS diary, calling it a symbol of progress and social transformation, during its launch in Amalapuram.
The annual diary, printed by the State Committee of the Anti-Caste Struggle Association (KVPS), was unveiled by Dr. B R Ambedkar Konaseema District Collector Ravirala Mahesh Kumar and Graduate MLC of Godavari districts Illa Venkateswara Rao at the District Collector’s Office on Wednesday.

District Collector Ravirala Mahesh Kumar expressed his pleasure in launching the diary. He lauded the KVPS State Committee for compiling valuable information, calling the diary a symbol of developmental aspirations and social progress.

MLC reflects on KVPS’s journey
Graduate MLC IIlla Venkateswara Rao reflected on KVPS’s formation in 1998 and the impactful cycle yatra led by BV Raghavulu across the state addressing social issues. He recounted his participation in similar yatras during his tenure as United Andhra Pradesh State UTF president, especially in the Telangana region.
The event saw the presence of Agricultural Workers Union State Vice President Kaarem Venkateswara Rao, KVPS District Convener S Tulasi Rao, Legal Advisor Yalangi Satyanarayana, Allavaram Mandal Convener Geddam Vijay Kumar, and other leaders who emphasized the importance of the diary as a tool for raising awareness and driving social change.
