The monthly meeting of Dhanshristi Bhavishya Nidhi Trust was held on July 5, 2025, under the chairmanship of President Mr. Samir Kumar Singh. All office bearers and members of the trust attended the meeting to review recent progress and discuss future plans.
The session focused mainly on administrative achievements, financial compliance, and strategies to strengthen the trust’s social development initiatives.
Major Administrative Achievement Announced
During the meeting, Secretary Mrs. Sarita Singh informed the members that the trust has successfully received 12A and 80G certification from the Income Tax Department. This milestone is considered a major achievement for the organization.
She explained that 12A registration provides income tax exemption to the trust, allowing it to use more funds directly for social and developmental activities. The certification strengthens the legal and financial credibility of the institution.
Tax Benefits for Donors
Mrs. Sarita Singh further stated that the 80G certification will make it easier for the trust to receive donations. Under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, individuals and organizations donating to the trust will be eligible for tax deductions.
This provision is expected to encourage more donors to contribute toward social welfare programs, thereby increasing the trust’s financial capacity to serve the community.
President Congratulates Members
President Mr. Samir Kumar Singh congratulated all office bearers and members on achieving the certifications. He stated that the recognition reflects the transparency, compliance, and dedicated efforts of the team.
He emphasized that the 80G approval will significantly strengthen the trust’s ability to mobilize funds and expand its welfare programs.
Boost to Social and Financial Programs
The President noted that with improved financial capacity, the trust can accelerate initiatives related to women empowerment and financial inclusion. He clarified that the goal is not just fundraising, but ensuring that funds are used effectively for public welfare.
Programs such as microfinance support, small savings initiatives, micro insurance services, and self-employment assistance will be expanded. Special focus will be given to strengthening women’s self-help groups and promoting financial independence.
Collective Commitment
Members present at the meeting expressed satisfaction over the progress and pledged to work collectively toward the trust’s mission. The President stressed that the success of any social organization depends on teamwork, accountability, and consistent effort.
He urged all members to remain active and committed to expanding the trust’s outreach and impact.
